講演題目 日本における原子力発電所の廃炉の現状と経験の共有
講演概要 2011 年の福島第一事故以降、日本では多くの原子力プラントが廃止措置となっており、
この日本の廃止措置の現状と関西電力の具体的な状況を中心に、次の４つのテーマについて
説明します。
① 廃止措置スケジュール
② 関西電力の美浜・大飯発電所における系統除染や設備解体の実績
③ 福井県で進められているクリアランス集中処理事業
④ 使用済燃料再処理・廃炉推進機構（NuRO）による廃炉の総合的マネジメントと資金確保
の新制度について
Since the Fukushima Daiichi accident in 2011, many nuclear power plants in Japan have been
decommissioned. This article will focus on the current state of decommissioning in Japan and the
specific situation at Kansai Electric Power Company, and explain the following four themes:
1) The decommissioning schedule
2) The track record of system decontamination and equipment dismantling at Kansai Electric
Power Company's Mihama and Ohi power plants
3) The centralized clearance processing project being carried out in Fukui Prefecture
4) The new system for comprehensive management and funding of decommissioning by the
Spent Fuel Reprocessing and Decommissioning Promotion Organization (NuRO).
